- Your order ID and a brief explanation of the issue
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

- Minor wear and tear during shipping (like slight bends or dents) is common and not considered a defect.
- Occasionally, printing inconsistencies (like faded text or slight misalignments) may occur due to manufacturing variations. These do not affect the readability or content.
We always aim to provide quality and value, but small flaws are sometimes part of the format and printing process.
